Ravine Realty was founded in Toronto with one goal: to make the Canadian housing market less opaque for everyday buyers. We saw how much data existed — MLS feeds, neighbourhood trends, sold histories — but how little of it was synthesised into actionable insight.
We built an AI layer on top of that data to answer the questions buyers actually ask: Is this home fairly priced? What are the risks? Is this neighbourhood improving? What can I actually afford?
