This policy describes the ownership and permitted use of intellectual property on the Ravine Realty platform.
1. Platform Intellectual Property
The Ravine Realty platform, including its software, source code, design elements, logos, trademarks, trade names, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Ravine Realty Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. "Ravine Realty" and associated logos are trademarks of Ravine Realty Inc.
2. User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of the content they upload to the platform, including listing photos, property descriptions, agent bios, and other materials. By uploading content, users grant Ravine Realty a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content for the purpose of providing the platform's services.
3. Agent Website Content
Content created by agents for their agent profile websites (including text, images, and AI-generated content that has been reviewed and published by the agent) remains the property of the agent or their brokerage. Ravine Realty does not claim ownership of agent website content. Agents are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to all content they upload.
4. Prohibited Use
Users must not: • Copy, modify, or distribute platform intellectual property without authorization • Use Ravine Realty trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform software • Create derivative works based on the platform without authorization • Use scraping tools to extract listing data or other content from the platform without express authorization
5. Reporting Infringement
If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated on our platform, please submit a notice to info.ravinerealty@gmail.com as described in our Copyright & Notice Policy. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
